Women’s Committee Training Session on Job Applications
7 September 2012, All Souls College, Oxford
The event is a one-day workshop and training session, funded by the Economic History Society, on the topic of job applications.
Attendees will be asked to consider a generic job application in Economic History and prepare a CV and covering letter in response. The applications will be discussed and there will be two short talks on the subject of job applications. We also hope to have a representative from UCU to discuss short-term contracts.
A sandwich lunch will be provided and there are limited funds available to defray travel expenses.
